/ The process, documented

Five steps. One operator. No guesswork.

We run a fixed process for every tour — route selection through departure briefing. Each step has a defined owner, a timeline, and a document you can read before you commit.

Deposit and visa support

Browse the route library. Each route lists terrain type, total distance, daily averages, and a minimum skill rating. Pick one or ask us to match you.

Submit the enquiry form. We reply within 48 hours with availability, group size for your dates, and a pre-departure information pack.

We send the full route document: daily stages, surface conditions, altitude profiles, and accommodation notes. You review it before any deposit is due.

A 30% deposit holds your place. We issue the invitation letter needed for most visa applications and advise on entry requirements for your nationality.

Step 05

Departure briefing

On day one in Islamabad, the lead guide walks every rider through the route log, emergency contacts, daily check-in protocol, and bike handover. No one rides until this is done.

Common questions

What riders ask before booking

What skill level is required?

Do I need international insurance?

Each route carries a minimum skill rating — intermediate or advanced. Ratings are defined in the route documentation, not by self-assessment. If you are unsure, tell us your riding history and we will advise honestly.

Yes. Riders must carry valid travel and medical insurance covering motorcycle touring. We provide a checklist of minimum coverage requirements in the pre-departure pack.

Can I bring my own motorcycle?

How large are the groups?

In most cases, no. Importing a private motorcycle into Pakistan involves significant permit and customs complexity. Tour bikes are provided and maintained by us — that is part of what the fee covers.

Maximum twelve riders per tour. Guide-to-rider ratio is fixed at one to four. These figures are in the booking documentation and are not adjusted for commercial reasons.

Questions not covered here are answered in the pre-departure pack we send after your enquiry.
